Our 24 hour line. Call it — and if you cannot speak, WhatsApp the same number and say where you are. This is the only thing we use WhatsApp for; everything else goes through the assistant on the site, the forms, or the office.

Report it to the residence too
After you have called for help, report the incident to the house warden or a student house committee member so it is logged and followed up.

Download the emergency contact list and pin it where everyone in the house can see it.
After hours
Admin and the house warden are not available after 20h00 unless the building or someone's life is in danger — in that case, call immediately.
